💰 Locum General Surgeon -Call Only / $4,000 Per Day - Tennessee
- Top Compensation: Fixed rate of $4,000 per 24-hour call day.
- All-Inclusive: Malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging are covered 100%.
- Focus on Care: Work in a supportive setting with 4 dedicated support staff for your service.
- Light Volume: Average of only 2-3 calls and 1-2 admissions per 24-hour shift.
🩺 Assignment Details - General Surgery (Call Only)
We are seeking a board certified/eligible General Surgeon for ongoing Locum Tenens coverage starting ASAP in a stable, community-focused Tennessee hospital.
Call Only - 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
Duration: Ongoing need, starting November 14, 2025.
Patient Volume: Approximately 14 patients per day (Inpatient/Outpatient).
Required Procedures: Experience with General Surgery, Colonoscopy, and Hernia required.
EMR System: MEDHOST
Credentialing: Quick 14-day credentialing timeline.

- Setting: 114-bed short-term acute care hospital in Central Tennessee.
- Designations: Joint Commission Accredited, Chest Pain Center Accreditation, and Sepsis Certification.
- Service: Provides comprehensive care, including 24-hour Emergency Services, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Telehealth services.
🔑 Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Tennessee (TN) Medical License or IMLC is REQUIRED.
- Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery.
