The ideal candidate will manage complex orthopedic trauma cases, including fractures, dislocations, and soft tissue injuries, while contributing to academic and clinical excellence.

### Assignment Details
Full-time position with variable hours
Work in a Level II Trauma Center setting
Mix of acute and elective surgical cases
Academic involvement with orthopedic surgery residents
Research support available with access to clinical studies and publications
Required call: 4 days per month (additional available if desired)

### Qualifications
MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
Eligible for Maryland Medical License and current DEA license
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for education, teaching, and program development

### Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $450,000–$500,000, plus wRVU and quality incentives
