The Opportunity:
• General bread + butter surgery - No scopes + No trauma
• Flexible schedule with low call
• Supportive Surgicalist model to enhance work/life balance
• Available block time for any new surgeon
• 3 daVinci XI robots
• Collegial group of experienced surgeons makes for great mentoring
• Excellent MA support staff for each surgeon
• Clinic connected to hospital for seamless care delivery
• Ambulatory Surgery Center on campus
• EPIC EMR
Compensation + Benefits:
• Competitive MGMA base salary + RVU productivity
• $100K sign-on (use however you'd like)
• Fantastic benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K options, malpractice with tail coverage, $10K CME + time off, relocation allowance (use how you'd like), 7 weeks PTO, etc.
