#### Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Guarantee (5-Year Term):
- $675,000 – $700,000 for new graduates
- $725,000 – $800,000 for experienced shoulder surgeons
Bonuses: RVU-based productivity and quality incentives
Starting Bonus: $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000

#### Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training or extensive experience in Shoulder Surgery
Active or eligible New York Medical License
