Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity – Missouri

$600K+ | $50K Signing Bonus | J1 Visa Support | Student Loan Assistance

A well-established, high-demand multi-specialty clinic in Missouri is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team. Located just one hour from St. Louis, this role offers a strong referral base, advanced surgical facilities, and a welcoming community environment.

Position Highlights

  • Join a multi-specialty practice alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers

  • Perform consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures with the flexibility to shape your practice

  • Provide inpatient hospital care directly or collaborate with hospitalists for coverage

  • Flexible call rotation and weekend coverage

  • Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management

  • Work closely with a tenured CRNA team and on-campus specialty support

  • Opportunities for teaching and mentoring advanced practice providers

  • Practice in a high HPSA score location (eligible for J1 visa sponsorship)

  • Access modern ORs, emergency services, therapy/wellness center, wound care center, and more

Compensation & Benefits

  • Two-year guaranteed base salary: $600K+ (with potential increases based on experience)

  • $50,000 Signing Bonus

  • $2,000/month Residency or Fellowship Stipend

  • Up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment Support over 5 years

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery – Required

  • Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required

  • DEA & CSR/CDS – Required prior to start

  • Minimum 2 years of orthopedic experience (2–5 preferred)

  • J1 Visa candidates welcome (must be disclosed at submission)

  • Clean malpractice/license history – Highly Preferred
