Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon - Permanent Position

We are seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to work in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced operating rooms, emergency services, and an exceptional support team. Job Responsibilities:

• Join a well-established, multi-specialty clinic on the hospital campus.
• Collaborate with two orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers.
• Deliver high-quality orthopedic care with the opportunity to shape your practice.
• Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures.
• Provide inpatient care or collaborate with hospitalist teams for coverage.
• Participate in a flexible call rotation and weekend coverage.
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and management.
• Work alongside a tenured CRNA team with on-campus specialty support.
• Engage in teaching or collaboration with APPs and clinic staff.
• Manage a patient panel, ensuring optimal outcomes across designated locations.
• Document detailed medical histories and physical exams as per hospital guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of safety and alertness in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• MO License (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Orthopedic Surgery; 2-5 years preferred.
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
• CSR/CDS certification (must be obtained prior to start).
• Clean malpractice & license history preferred.
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• DEA certification required
• Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) certification required
• Missouri Medical License or willingness to obtain
