General Surgeon Opportunity in Waterloo and Cedar Falls, IA

Permanent Position
Position Overview:
Seeking a “bread-and-butter” general surgeon to join a dynamic and well-established surgical team
Practice at a high-volume Level III Regional Trauma Center serving Waterloo and Cedar Falls
Broad diagnostic capabilities, including cutting-edge robotics, with dedicated OR block scheduling
Access to a robust referral network and shared call schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary: $462,444 annually for 2 years, plus productivity-based incentives
Signing bonuses: $70,000 upon commencement and $30,000 longevity bonus at the end of year 3
$15,000 relocation allowance
Employer-paid malpractice and tail insurance

Retirement: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) savings plan
Employer-paid short-term disability coverage; optional long-term disability available at minimal cost
