Based at a 99-bed acute care facility, this position offers broad clinical exposure, the flexibility of 4–5 workdays per week, and a manageable 1:3 call rotation. New graduates are welcomed and supported with a stipend leading up to start, while experienced surgeons can benefit from a top-end compensation package. With a collaborative affiliation with a leading regional health network, this opportunity offers the perfect balance of autonomy and system-level resources. Physicians with an interest in teaching will enjoy meaningful engagement through the University of Wyoming’s WWAMI program.

Position Highlights:

  • Base Salary: $500,000+ for new grads; $551,000+ for experienced surgeons
  • Resident Stipend: $18,000 until completion
  • Schedule: 4–5 clinical days/week with 10–11 call shifts/month (1:3 rotation)
  • CME Allowance: $5,000/year
  • Recruitment Bonus: $35,000
