General Surgery Opportunity - Community Hospital Setting
Location: Weston, WV - Morgantown 55m
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Setting: Hospital-Based
Position Highlights:
* Provide comprehensive diagnostic and surgical services
* Deliver elective and emergency surgical care
* Participate in General Surgery call rotation
* Responsible for post-operative management and patient outcomes
* Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Maintain active privileges and collaborate with a supportive surgical team
Responsibilities:
* Deliver patient-centered care with the highest standards of medical ethics
* Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless clinical care
* Report clinically to the Departmental Medical Director and administratively to hospital leadership
* Stay current with medical and surgical advancements and comply with regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
* MD or DO degree required
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery (American Board of General Surgery)
* Eligible for licensure in the state of West Virginia
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Schedule:
* Full-time (1.0 FTE)
