• Call Schedule: 10 days per month; 24-hr call
- Will work around providers' schedule
• Call Response Time: 20 mins
• Call Volume: 0-5 (per 24 hrs)
• Patient Volume: Ave. of 15
• Admissions Required: Yes
• Rounding Included: Yes
• Required Procedures:
- Abdominal, Endoscopy, Liver, Stomach, Gallbladders, Appendix, Colon, Laparoscopy & Spleen.
- Preferred: Pediatrics, Thyroid, Pulmonary & Vascular.
• Trauma Level: IV
• No. of Beds: 25
• Other Info:
- Will not supervise any APP.
- Anesthesia coverage is provided by CRNA group.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active ND License or IMLC (can be in-progress)
• BC/BE (If BE: must be 3 yrs post US residency)
• ND DEA
• ACLS
• No revoked license/privileges.
