A thriving multi-specialty dental group in Central Arkansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral Surgeon to join its established surgical team.

Practice Highlights:

• Locations: Greater Little Rock (Full-Time) & Southern Arkansas (Full-Time or Part-Time)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM
• Daily Volume: 25–30 patients
• Mix: FFS, Insurance, Medicaid
• Facilities: 3 operatories + 2 exam rooms per site
• Technology: Modern surgical suites, anesthesia machines, CBCT
• Fully staffed with CRNAs, assistants, and admin support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily guarantee or % collections
• No hardware fees (implants, grafts, membranes)
• Matching lab %
• Annual collections: $1M–$2.3M
• Signing/relocation bonus available
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Reimbursement for CE, licenses, memberships
• Full-time: Comprehensive benefits + partnership option after 1 year
• Part-time: 401(k) + malpractice options

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. program
• Completed Oral Surgery residency
• Licensed (or eligible) in Arkansas
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with 3rd molars and implant placement
