Seeking BC/BE General Surgeon licensed or license-eligible in Montana to join a well-established hospital-based group serving a broad catchment area along Montana's Hi-Line. This is an opportunity to practice broad-spectrum general surgery in a collegial, community-focused environment.
Position Highlights:
Join a supportive team of 38 medical providers
Large referral base across Northern Montana
Broad case mix with ample laparoscopic opportunities
Hospital-employed position with guaranteed salary for two years
Transition to a productivity-based compensation model after the guarantee period
Qualifications:
Eligible for medical licensure in Montana
Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
Strong surgical and laparoscopic skills required
Recent graduates and experienced surgeons encouraged to apply
Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary based on MGMA guidelines, commensurate with up to 10 years of experience
