Exciting Opportunity for an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Brattleboro, VT!
Join a leading community healthcare provider in southern Vermont as a full-time Orthopaedic Surgeon. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive orthopaedic care, specializing in hand or foot and ankle surgery.
- Work within a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting.
- Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, referring multi-trauma cases to tertiary care.
- Utilize MAKO robotic surgical technology in dedicated orthopaedic OR suites.
- Collaborate with a team of 3 Orthopaedic Surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants.
- Average 25+ patients per day.
- Participate in a 1:4 general ortho call rotation, with support from PA for first call Monday through Thursday.
- Use Cerner Community Works as the EMR platform.
- Enjoy dedicated OR block time and opportunities for clinical growth.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Clean malpractice history.
- Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand or Foot and Ankle (highly preferred).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Vermont Medical License.
- DEA License.
- CPR certification.
- BLS certification.
