UNC Health Cary Orthopaedics currently has an opening for a full time, fellowship trained Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team. Cary Orthopaedics is part of the UNC Physicians Network Group Practices, a for-profit subsidiary of UNC Health Care System that remains privately owned but managed by UNC Health.

Ideal Candidate:

• Open to new and experienced Orthopaedic Surgery physicians (MD or DO) with at fellowship in Hand in Upper Extremity
• Current NC medical licensure, or the ability to obtain license.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Interest in a private practice model with partnership opportunity

UNC Cary Orthopaedics is comprised of fellowship-trained, board-certified physicians who provide state-of-the-art orthopaedics surgery and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries for patients throughout the Triangle. Comprised of 13 physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers. Serving patients throughout the Triangle, UNC Cary Orthopaedics has one goal – to restore good health and mobility to those with musculoskeletal pain. Whether a patient suffers from pain or injury in the wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle or spine, our team of physicians and physical therapists are experts in motion, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment protocols. In addition to providing the highest level of care in general orthopaedics, the group has developed Centers of Excellence in the sub-specialties of Sports Medicine, Spinal Care, and Joint Replacement. UNC Cary Orthopaedics has three locations in the Triangle – Cary, Morrisville-RTP and Holly Springs. We also provide comprehensive spine care at our Cary Spine Center and at all locations.
