- Facility: Trauma Level 2, using Epic
- Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Scheduled Clinic Hours Plus Call
- Procedures Required: Obstetric & Gynecologic, D&C, Hysterectomy, Laser
- Certs: BE/BC, Active WA License, ACLS, BLS Required
- Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care
