Opportunity Highlights
- Receive base compensation ranging from $600K-$650K for new graduates and $650K-$700K for experienced providers, plus $51 per wRVU bonus above threshold
- The incoming Retina Surgeon will enjoy excellent work-life balance with call shared among the General Ophthalmology team on a 1:12 rotation
- Be part of Jefferson Health's family of providers with educational and development opportunities at Thomas Jefferson University
- Practice in a well-established, high-volume setting with referrals spanning 7 counties across Pennsylvania and New York
- Work with a collaborative team of 23 General Ophthalmologists, including 2 Glaucoma Specialists, plus Optometrists and support staff
- Split time between clinical care and surgical cases once fully established in the practice
- Receive additional incentives, including a $30K starting bonus, a $10K relocation package, and potential student loan repayment
- Benefit from a $2,500 monthly stipend while completing your fellowship until your start date
