Location: Cottonwood, AZ
Service Setting: Hospital
Coverage Period: April 18, 2025, 7 AM – April 21, 2025, 7 AM
Coverage Type: Call only
SHIFT DETAILS
Call Schedule: 7am - 7am
Call Back Expectation: 4-6 hours daily
WORK DETAILS
Patients per day: 1 – 4
EMR System: Cerner Remote Cerner training required (3-4 hours)
Hospital Bed Size: 87
Practice Setting: Hospital
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: TBD
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Procedures: Upper and lower endoscopies
Board Certification: BC/BE in General Surgery
License: Active AZ license (Open to licensing)
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS
Experience: Minimum 2+ years outside of residency
Case logs; Total number of upper and lower endoscopies performed in the last 12 months
CREDENTIALING
Timeframe: 30 days
