Ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to supervise mid-level providers. Join growing community-based practice. Light shared practice call. Opportunities exist for leadership and career development. Employed by an award-winning hospital system, the position will offer a competitive base compensation of $425-830,000 plus RVU productivity-based compensation model and an extensive benefits package, generous tuition assistance and a defined benefit pension plan. The salary range listed does not include any bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job.
