General Surgeon | Physician- Owned | Flexible Schedule

A rapidly growing, physician-owned General Surgery group in Dubuque, Iowa is looking to add a BC\BE General Surgeon to their team. This group prides itself on providing high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages.

The Opportunity:

• Schedule is Flexible. Most Physicians Work 4 to 4.5 Days a Week
• Call will be 1:4; Covers one local hospital
• Hospital OR Surgeries one day per week; two days in Clinic and one-day outreach clinic.
• Surgeries per Week: 3-5 in the Hospital; 7-8 in the Surgery Center.
• Inpatient Rounding for their patients.
• Broad-based Surgeries are provided: Abdominal, Anal, Rectal, Anti-Reflux, Breast, Cancer, Trauma, GI, Hernia, MIS, Vein, Skin and Soft Tissue, Etc.

The Rewards:

• Strong Guaranteed Base of $425-450K first year.
• Sign-On Bonus 25K-30K
• Surgery Center Buy-In after the First Full Year; Real Estate Ownership
