- Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
- No. of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3

- Clinic Provider Hr Volume: 30 or more Patients
- Electronic Medical Record: Allscripts and Cerner
- All of our ENT physicians do surgery so they looks at Surgical and General as one in the same. The ENT candidate will need to be able to do Surgery.
- 1 weekend per month and 4 weekdays per month.
