- Fellowship trained in Hand Surgery
- Active AZ License
- July 15 - October 31
- 2 weeks of coverage per month
- A combination of weekday nights/24 hr all day weekend call totaling 10 with a minimum of one weekend included
- Clinic/OR/Rounding during the daytime (10 days)
