- Coverage Needed:
- July 2024 - ongoing
- 10 to 14 days a month
- Dates are flexible but would need 10 or more 24hr coverage shifts
- 7:00am - 7:00am
- Clinical Information:
- Required consults and rounding
- Provide cardiovascular surgery hospital call coverage
- Mid-levels to provide hospital support
- 24hr in-house coverage with after hour call coverage
- EMR: Epic
- Daily Patient Volume: 5
- Currently, 3 surgeons are splitting call equally (10-11 days/surgeon/month)
- Effective May 31st, 2 surgeons will be covering 12-13 days/surgeon/month
- Required:
- GA licensed for credentialing
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Required Skills/Procedures: Robust Mitra clip and TAVR programs, thoracic and aortic repair
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
