- One BC/BE Bariatric Surgeon is needed to create Bariatrics program at Intermountain Health
- Office space is located on the campus of LDS Hospital
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Bariatric Surgery
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
