**Requirements**
- Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
- The Following Certifications Are Required: BLS, ACLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

**Work Schedule**
- Call Type: Beeper with a 15-minute response time required.
- Coverage includes call/cardiac cath lab OR and possibly clinic.
- Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM with 8 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 cath lab, 2 ORs, and APP Support.
- Expected daily patient volume for the clinic is 20-30 patients.
- Clinic is open Monday-Friday, but surgeons typically have 1 or 2 dedicated days in the clinic.
- Locum providers typically take 4 evening calls per month.
- Looking for physicians with a vascular focus.
- Coverage needed for 1 weekend a month, from Thursday 7 AM ending Monday 7 AM.

- Skills required include general and laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and more, with a focus on vascular surgery including aneurysm repairs, arterial bypass, and vascular access devices.
- Expected to manage a wide range of surgeries and provide comprehensive care to patients with vascular conditions.
