**Locums Ortho Trauma Surgery - Tacoma, WA**
*Seeking a provider to work with Orthosurgicalist.
**Coverage**
Schedule will primarily be M-F 10- hour shifts.
- Start: ASAP
- End: Dec 31, 2024
**Position Details**
- Call only
- Outpatient, inpatient
- Covers surgical call need from prior day or night.
- Prior provider will queue the patient up for this provider to perform needed surgical cases.
- Ideally this provider will not cover call but would like to discuss this flexibility with the right candidate.
- 3 Ortho APP's for support
- Hospitalists do admissions
**Call Details**
- Beeper
- 30 min response
- 1:4 ratio, 20% call back, 8-10 patients seen/24 hrs
- No consults, no admissions
**Facility Details**
- Epic
- Stroke Certified
- 400 licensed bed facility
- Level II Trauma center
- Fill every other day for the community.
**Requirements**
- BC/BE
- Active WA license
- ATLS, BLS
