Job Details:
The current schedule would be 4 days a week, 2 of these days are clinic days and the rest of the schedule is to utilize block time at the hospital. As a part of the surgical team you would help take 10-12 days of call per month. There are about five Trauma Level 1 activations a month.

• CRNA Team - Regional block program
• Level III Trauma Center- must be comfortable stabilizing Level I
• 10 trauma call days a month

The Offer:

• A competitive base salary starting at $415,000 - $465,000 + call pay (average $30-40k annually)
• Sign On Bonus of $50,000
• Yearly Quality Incentive: starting $20,000 annually
• Yearly Retention Bonus (starting year 3): $20,000 annually
• CME Stipend: Up to $3500
