Job Summary:
HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is seeking orthopaedic surgeon to join an established private practice group in Kissimmee, FL and develop a high-volume total joint center of excellence in collaboration with HCA Poinciana Hospital.Qualified Candidates:
- Independent private practice established almost 20 years ago
- Total hips and knees-focused practice
- New position is due to growth in group
- Must be American board-certified in orthopaedic surgery
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in practice is required
- 3 orthopedic surgeons, 1 primary care physician, and 3 APPs
- Mon-Fri schedule; 3 days in clinic / 2 days in hospital
- X-ray, private physician offices, and procedure rooms all in-house
- Investment opportunity available in future ambulatory surgery center
- No ER call
- 10-15 patients being turned away weekly

- Opened in 2013, HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a four-story, 177,000 sq. ft. hospital with 94 private beds, a 12-bed private ICU, and 31-bed emergency department
- We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services
- Our ED is approximately 19,500 sq. ft. and consists of 31 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad
