AMN Healthcare is seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join a Critical Access Hospital with longstanding presence in the Southwest Region of Wisconsin. The incoming candidate would work alongside another general surgeon with great staff support and long-term, stable leadership in a position with high quality work-life balance and comfortable patient volumes. The General Surgeons for this practice enjoy a brand new clinic built for them in 2022, and can practice the full scope of bread-and-butter General Surgery. Join a collaborative team with a strong sense of connectivity and community while practicing in a beautiful community with shopping, restaurants, high quality of life, and low cost of living.

- 4.5 Day Work Week, 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, Half Day for Admin work.
- Bread and Butter General Surgey, Breast + Vascular cases available!
- Light Call Volumes, Rarely Called In
- $650K earning potential with median productivity, Guaranteed Base Salary Minimum of $470+
- Volumes have doubled since 2017, 9% increase since last year.
