• Bread and butter general surgery with some trauma and breast
• 1:3 call schedule
• DaVinci Robot XI
• 6 ORs in hospital and 4 more in adjacent outpatient surgery center
• Competitive base guarantee plus additional production incentives and trauma call pay
• 125K in additional recruitment incentives
• 10K relo, CME time off and pay, 33 days PTO
