Employment Status – Full-time, FTE 1.0;

⮚ Specialty – General Surgery

⮚ Location – CHI St. Alexius Health- Dickinson

⮚ Initial Contract Term – Three (3) years; with auto-renewal

1:3 call Excess Call- $1200/24-hour shift or $50/hr

⮚ Base Salary: $487,482 Paid based on CHI designated benchmark median.

⮚ Performance Incentive: Starting the first full fiscal year up to 5% of base compensation (defined by updated benchmarks for each fiscal year)

⮚ Productivity Incentive: Paid at $72.47 per w/RVU greater than 6,727 (based on CHI designated benchmarks)

⮚ Starting Loan: $30,000 payable within 30 days following start date; forgiven over Three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic

⮚ Relocation- up to $15,000

⮚ The Clinic will offer the following:

o CME allowance ($3,000 single-boarded, $5,000 double-boarded)

o Malpractice Insurance

o DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals

This new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Western North Dakota houses our hospital and all of our primary and specialty care clinics under one roof.
