COMPANY PROFILE:
This privately-owned organization employs more than 50 physicians across multiple specialties, along with a dedicated team of advanced practitioners, administrators, and clinical support staff. Their teams serve patients suffering from injuries, providing compassionate, high-quality care in convenient, comfortable settings. They are currently seeking new physicians to join them due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new surgeon will see patients in an established office / surgery center in Phoenix. There is also an option for the surgeon to see patients in their own office, should they have an established practice where they are seeking to add volume.
Typical duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment
- examine patients while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis
- provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients
- perform necessary surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries or symptoms
- monitor patients’ conditions and progress
- reevaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary
- participate in the development and review of appropriate clinical protocols and processes
- support appropriate referrals and consistent care
The full job description for the new surgeon (volume per day, etc.) will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician.
The practice operates its own outpatient clinics, advanced imaging centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. In all settings, physicians are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff, and a robust EHR system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship, Spine Surgery

- ability to do general orthopedic surgeries a plus
