Due to the increasing demand for services in western Indiana, this hospital is seeking a highly skilled Board Eligible/Board Certified Breast Surgeon to join their team. The ideal candidate will have completed fellowship training or possess significant clinical experience in Breast Surgery. You will play a leading role in a comprehensive healthcare team, delivering specialized care in both ambulatory and Surgical settings. This position is located within 1 hour of Indianapolis.

Hospital Employee, Traditional. Assigned Call with Minimal Call Ratio. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. Opportunity will be based in the new Cancer Center is set to open in 2024. Practice will focus exclusively on breast surgery with an emphasis on coordinated breast cancer treatment. Typical Schedule: 3 days/week in Clinic and 2 days/week in Surgery. Excellent support staff to include Advanced Practice Provider, Nurse Navigator, Clinic RN, and office personnel. Call expectation: Take own call except when out of office, call is light with few emergencies and covered by front line nurse triage program. Strong referral base from over 50+ primary care providers in area. Cancer Center will include comprehensive breast diagnostic services, state-of-the-art radiation therapy technology and services, medical oncology and infusion services, and additional supportive services for cancer patients.
