We are working with CommonSpirit. They are seeking 24hr call general surgery coverage for one long weekend a month starting as soon as credentialed. CommonSpirit was created by the combination of Catholic Health Initiatives and Dignity Health as a single ministry in early 2019. Today, they continue to build on that foundation of compassion as they care for the common good.

Level III Trauma

• General Surgery
• August 10-14 ((100% you will be credentialed and start in two days)
• September-Ongoing
• One long weekend a month
• 6a-6a (4 hours gratis)
• 24 hour call - will cover any inpatients that have not been discharged.
• Duties: Cover ER, inpatients and any practice issues that need to be addressed on the days the provider is on service - go to the OR for trauma/gen surg cases as indicated.
• Required Procedures: Basic call and trauma cases.
• Patient Load: "Varies"
• Support Staff: Nurses, OR staff as needed.
• EMR: EPIC
