Tennessee hospital(about 40 minutes to Nashville) is seeking a BE/BC General Surgery physician.
  • Employed/Hospital-Based Position
  • Join 2 Board Certified General Surgeons and an additional Board Certified General Surgeon (starting Sept. 2022) & 1 Board Certified Vascular Surgeon - Vascular Surgeon does not take General call
  • Anticipated Call Coverage of 1:4
  • Office Space is connected to the hospital in the Medical Office Building
  • 12 OR's including 2 Endo/vascular studies and 1 cystoscopy suite, as well as a robotic suite. Staff receives additional education for robotics

Base Salary Compensation Package May also Include:

  • 12 Operating Rooms
  • Fully equipped Imaging Department with 2 Cath Labs, 5 X-Ray rooms, 4 Nuclear Machines, 2 MRI, 2 CT, 5 Ultrasound, 4 digital mammography units, and 1 Specialty Procedures
  • Emergency Department (2 Trauma, 2 Cardiac Rooms, 38 exam rooms)
  • Robotic surgical systems available
  • More than $8 million has been invested in the last 3 years to advance their facility and technologies, including 3-D mammography, an additional surgical robotic system, updates to our cardiovascular cath lab, urology and vascular surgical suites, and an AI-based maternal-fetal early warning system. The addition of an obstetrics triage area within the emergency department assures that expectant mothers are seen within the first few minutes within arrival.
