We are searching for a Genreal Surgeon to join our team of 2 other providers in a private, not-for-profit Community Hospital that just opened a brand-new facility.

o Compensation package with base of $450,000 to $500,000
RVU productivity bonus
o $300,000 in incentives available
o 4 ½ day work week
o Employer paid Medical / Dental Insurance.
o Employer paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance.
o $4,500 CME Allowance.
o Paid Annual Memberships to Professional Organizations.
o 20 Vacation Days / 5 CME Days / 5 Sick Days.
o 10 Paid Holidays per Year.
o $50,000 Sign On Bonus / $15,000 Relocation Assistance.
