The General Surgery locum tenens opportunity in Maine…

-Location: northern, ME (direct flights from Newark, NJ)

-Duration: June – December (potential for extension)

-Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month

-Shift: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p

-Call: 1-2 ER consults per month

-Patient Volume: 4-5 cases per day

-Scope: Bread and butter clinic and elective operating room (option for upper and lower scopes, but not required)

-EMR: Cerner

-Group: 1 orthopedic surgeon, 2 part-time general surgeons

-Hospital: 49 bed hospital, level III trauma center

-Requirements: Board certified or board eligible with Maine or compact license
