GENERAL SURGEON GLOBE ARIZONA

We are searching for a BC/BE General Surgeon located in Globe Arizonan about 90 miles East of Phoenix for a full time permanent position. No Visa candidates considered.

Two years minimum General Surgery experience required.

General conditions of a Contract would be:

• $500,000 annually, guaranteed for the first 18 months, transitioning to a 70% base plus RVU
• Primary residence in Globe/Miami
• Five Year Contract
• Paid Malpractice
• Four Weeks Paid Vacation (160 hours), Nine Holidays, and Five Days CME
• Full hospital benefits, i.e. medical, dental, vision, disability, etc. including Cobra reimbursement during first 90 days
• 401K – up to 4% match to federal limit
• 457B
• CME 5 days and $2,500
• Licensing and professional subscriptions $1,500
• Sign-on bonus $25,000.00, paid in two payments: 1/2 on contract execution, 1/2 on first pay period of employment
• Relocation assistance to hospital service area available up to $15,000
• Student Loan repayment $25,000 annually
