Other Details :
As soon as credentialed, ongoing 6-8 days per month (days will change from month to month). Locum must be able to attend an orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 7:30a-5p), which would include a physical, drug screening, immunization review, administrative paperwork and EPIC Training.

- IL License Active or IMLC LOQ in hand is required.
- ACLS (AHA) Certification
