-June 1-July 2 (8a-8a)
-Sept 10- Sept 18 (8a-8a)
-Nov 5-Nov 13 (8a-8a)
-Dec 3-Dec 18 (8a-8a)

Details:
-Full time coverage for clinic M-F(8a-5p), night call coverage M-F (8p-8a), and weekend call coverage Sat-Sun(24 hr)
-Rounding for patient the locum provider has admitted and weekend surgical consults as needed
-Evening call coverage Sun January 13(8a)-January 20(8a)
-Primarily consults from the ED approx. 0-2 calls per day
-Hospital sees approx 8-10 per year emergent surgeries per year
-15min max call back time for emergency consult.
-30min max response time
-0-4 patients per day per provider
