Clinic Schedule: Full Time M-F 7:30-4PM ESTOn Call: To be discussed
Patient Volume: Average 28 surgery cases per month
Credentials Required: PALS, ATLS, ACLS
License: Active KY or IMLC
Certifications: BC/BE General Ortho, Sports Medicine
EMR: MEDHOST
Pay Rate: Negotiable starting at $200+ per/hr plus travel and lodging expenses
