This will be an employed position with one of the largest and most stable nonprofit health systems in the state. This is an employee model.
The system has EMR and focuses more on quality medicine not quantity. You will receive a very competitive salary (360K plus) full and extensive benefit package, as well as a RVU bonus plan and excellent malpractice coverage. In addition you will receive a sign on bonus and a comprehensive malpractice policy.
Call will be a comfortable 1 in 3 while only covering one hospital. This location has been in money magazine year after year and is a great place to raise a family. Close to Naples, South Florida and Tampa.
