A well-equipped hospital in a quiet part of Missouri is seeking a General Surgeon physician to join their ranks. This hospital is top-ranked in Missouri for Clinical Process and Care, and it's located just a short drive from Memphis and St. Louis. This is a hospital employed position.
1:3 Call Ratio. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. MGMA competitive salary with WRVU incentive structure. CME allowance, paid vacation time. Hospital employed benefits (health, dental, life, disability insurance, 401K etc..). 1:3 call. Hospital employes 2 other general surgeons currently. Ideal candidate would be comfortable with vascular access and peripheral vascular cases in addition to general surgery as we have a large dialysis population in our area.. Ability to do scopes would be ideal. If the you have other interests they would be open to supporting and developing other areas of interest so long as you were able to cover general surgery..
