Join an established colorectal surgery practice with a strong referral base
Seeking a Fellowship-Trained Colon and Rectal Surgeon
Opportunity to step into a busy practice with a balanced mix of operative and endoscopic procedures
Collaborative environment with physician and APP support
Academic involvement available through interaction with General Surgery residents
Practice Highlights
Established colorectal surgery program
Diverse case mix including major abdominal surgery, anorectal procedures, and endoscopy
Robotic surgery platform available
Shared call coverage among physicians and APPs
No General Surgery call requirements
Strong referral network and growing patient demand
Responsibilities
Perform a full spectrum of colon and rectal surgical procedures
Utilize robotic surgery techniques for appropriate cases
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
Manage both inpatient and outpatient colorectal conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and medical teams
Participate in resident education and mentorship opportunities
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in South Carolina
Interest and experience in robotic surgery
Strong communication and team-oriented approach to patient care
