We are hiring a Colorectal Surgeon to join a private practice with an existing patient base and long-term stability in Gilbert, AZ!

Job Details:

• Private practice with a strong reputation, providing high-quality colorectal care for years.
• Established patient base with a full schedule booked weeks in advance—step into immediate volume from day one.
• Diverse bread-and-butter colorectal caseload, including:
• Colorectal & anal cancer  Fecal incontinence & rectal prolapse
• Colonoscopy & pilonidal disease
• Diverticulitis & Inflammatory Bowel Disease
• HPV & anal dysplasia  Anal abscess, fistula & hemorrhoids  Minimally invasive surgery
• Independent ASC ownership opportunity, offering significant long-term financial growth.
• Flexible schedule, with a balance of surgery and clinic responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care
• Interest in a private practice model with long-term growth potential
• AZ state license (or willing to obtain)
