Cardiothoracic Surgeon + South Carolina + Permanent - Full Time
Our Progressive Medical Center in beautiful Coastal, SC is seeking an experienced, board certified Cardiothoracic and/or Cardiovascular surgeon.
Ideal candidate will be well trained and accomplished in all Cardiothoracic procedures as well as complex aortic and valve surgery. Additional experience with endovascular procedures (EVAR, TAVR, structural heart, aorta, and/or peripheral) preferred.
We are seeking a team player who is passionate about patient care and maintaining excellent quality outcomes.
Our group currently performs 1000 cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and endovascular procedures annually.
Our Medical Center proudly boasts a certified Heart and Vascular Center which houses a 64-slice CT scanner, heart failure and valve clinic, 2 cardiac catheterization labs, 2 dedicated state-of-the-art operating rooms, an EP lab, CVICU, and cardiac rehabilitation center; all staffed by a dedicated team of the most qualified and highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologists, Perfusionists, Physician Assistants, nurses and support personnel specializing in cardiac surgery.
Solid referral base comprised of 11 Interventional Cardiologists, one non interventional cardiologist, and 3 Electrophysiologists on staff.
