### **Cardiovascular Surgery opening in Hickory, NC**
Located in Hickory, NC - Charlotte 60m; Asheville 75m

### **Overview:**
* Opportunity to join a hospital-employed Cardiovascular Surgery practice with two established CV Surgeons
* Integrated Heart Center including Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, Electrophysiology, and General Cardiology
* Full scope adult cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery practice
* Call schedule approximately 1:3
* Open to both Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons
* Fellowship training in transcatheter valve and complex aortic surgery preferred
* Opportunity to perform advanced cardiovascular procedures including CABG, multi-arterial grafting, arrhythmia surgery, TEVAR, TAVR, endovascular surgery, thoracic aortic surgery, aneurysm repair, and valvular repair/replacement
* Thoracic surgery procedures include EBUS, lobectomy, mediastinoscopy, navigational bronchoscopy, VATS, thoracic trauma management, and treatment of mediastinal and pleural diseases
* Backed by nationally recognized cardiovascular resources and evidence-based clinical support
