Are you a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon looking for a high-impact, flexible opportunity? Join a dynamic hospital-based team providing critical cardiac care with strong APP support and a well-structured call schedule.

✨ Position Highlights

  • 📍 Location: Pennsylvania
  • 🗓️ Start Date: May 10, 2026
  • ⏳ Ongoing Assignment
  • 👨‍⚕️ Open Positions: 4
  • 🏥 Practice Setting: Hospital-based
  • 💻 EMR: Epic

⏰ Schedule & Coverage

  • 📅 3 weekends per month
  • 🕛 Shift: Friday 12 PM – Monday 7 AM
  • ☎️ 24-hour on-call coverage
  • 🔄 Average Callback: 2–4 hours/day

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform urgent cardiothoracic surgeries
  • Manage cases from cath lab to OR
  • Provide care across ICU to discharge
  • Collaborate with APP support team
  • Surgeon available for backup post-consult

👥 Patient Population

  • Adolescents, Adults & Geriatrics (18+)

✅ Requirements

  • ✔️ BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • ✔️ Active Pennsylvania License (or willingness to obtain)
  • ✔️ DEA Required
  • ✔️ Minimum 1 year experience
