Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00
This facility is seeking Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: 24-hour call and/or clinic-OR-call model depending on final site need
· Practice Setting: level one Trauma center
· Types of Cases: Comprehensive Patient Management, Operating Room & Consult Services, Urgent/Emergent Coverage, Interdisciplinary Collaboration
· Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner + Ingenious Med (iMed)
· Certifications Required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration
· Licensure Required: Arizona
