Dominant health system seeking a BE/BC CardioThoracic Surgeon to join their very established service line.
• Officed with 1 other experienced Surgeon on campus
• Open to mix of Cardiac and Thoracic or 100% Cardiac
• 4.5 day work week with volume for 3 days in OR (block scheduling)
• Single Hospital Coverage - excellent OR staff and backup
• 50th + percentile Guaranteed salary, wRVU incentive - HIGH earning potential
• Sign-On Bonus & relocation allowance
• Full suite of health & medical benefits, PTO, CME allowance
