Level II Trauma | Temp Privs Available
A high-volume Level II Trauma Center in Minnesota is urgently seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for priority coverage dates. Strong cardiac program. Predictable case mix. Excellent hourly rate.

💰 Schedule

M–F 7:00a–5:00p
-
1:3 call rotation
-
Call weeks include:

Daytime coverage
-
Overnight (5p–7a)

24-hour weekend call

💓 Strong Cardiac Program
-
~250 CABG/Valve cases annually
-
~200 TAVR
-
~100 Mitral Clips
-
~35 Lead Extractions
-
Predominantly routine cardiac cases
-
No EP cases
-
Oncology lung cases handled elsewhere
🩺 Surgical Scope
-
Aortic aneurysms & dissections
-
CABG & valve repair/replacement
-
Carotid endarterectomy
-
LVAD & heart failure surgery
-
AFib surgery
-
Minimally invasive & robotic cardiac procedures
-
Thoracoscopic surgery
-
Structural heart / TAVR
Ideal candidate: Comfortable with cardiothoracic + vascular procedures.
